This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Eravi Pets operated by MALY Group LLC, a company registered in the State of Florida, United States.
We currently ship within the United States only.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, return requests will no longer be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Perishable goods
- Digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
4. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance.

Return requests must be submitted before sending any item back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
The return address will be provided after the return request has been approved.
Please do not send items to the business mailing address listed on this website unless instructed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was damaged upon arrival
- The incorrect item was received
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping if tracking is not provided.
6. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Partial refunds may be issued if returned items are not in their original condition.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After order processing has begun, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be asked to provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Failure to provide photo documentation may result in denial of the claim.
9. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if we suspect fraud, abuse of our policies, or excessive return activity.
